Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of democracy monitoring frameworks and peace-building activities.
Conduct research and analysis on political developments and civic engagement in targeted regions.
Support the preparation of reports and documentation on program activities, findings, and recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, trainings, and community engagements to foster dialogue and understanding on democratic processes.
Collaborate with local partners to identify needs and develop tailored support strategies for democracy and peace initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and objectives.
Participate in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications to support program growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in program support, monitoring, or evaluation in the context of democracy and peace-building.
Strong understanding of democratic governance, civil society engagement, and peace-building concepts.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government and community organizations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
