Interactive Impact Map

Because every seed planted, every skill shared, every story told, deserves to be seen. Explore the map. Expand the movement.

At Humanity Horizons, we believe impact should be seen, felt, and shared. That’s why we’re building the Interactive Impact Map, a living archive of transformation across Uganda and beyond.

This isn’t just a map. It’s a constellation of courage. Each dot represents a story: a Climate Ambassador planting trees in Imvepi, a Green Intellectual leading a climate literacy session in Arua City, a mother accessing clean water in Rhino Camp, a youth cooperative launching a green business in Alebtong.

You’ll be able to explore:

  • Delivery sites of our flagship programs
  • Real-time metrics: trees planted, youth trained, water systems built
  • Community stories, photos, and milestones
  • Donor contributions and volunteer footprints
  • SDG alignment and regional impact clusters

Whether you’re a donor, volunteer, policymaker, or student, the map invites you to walk beside us—digitally and emotionally. It’s a tool for transparency, storytelling, and shared ownership.

We don’t just show numbers. We show names. We don’t just track progress. We honor people.

This map is co-created with youth, refugees, and community leaders. It reflects our values: dignity, data, and deep listening. It’s updated regularly and designed to be interactive, accessible, and emotionally resonant.

Want to be part of the map? Volunteer, donate, or share your story—and watch your impact ripple across borders.
